Salsa Verde - The
tomatillo, a tart and sweet green tomato that is a popular condiment for Mexican
and southwestern cuisine, is blended with cilantro and a hint of chili to make Stonewall

Salsa Verde Guacamole

2 ripe avocadoes (1 ½ cups), peeled, diced and slightly mashed
1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Salsa Verde
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
2 tsp. Lime juice
1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, gently toss until mixed and uniform.
2. Serve with tortilla chips.
