Three Thumbs Up Chicken

Just Grillin carries bold ingredients for Three Thumbs Up Chicken:
Whole cut-up chicken (or the equivalent of your favorite parts)
5 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup of Daddy's BBQ Sweet Love Chicken Rub

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2. Rinse and pat dry a whole cut-up chicken (or the equivalent of your favorite
parts).
3. Combine melted butter with extra virgin olive oil and mix in Daddy's BBQ Sweet Love Chicken Rub.
4. Paint the butter/oil / rub mixture onto the chicken pieces, coating thoroughly (or place the chicken and butter/oil / rub mixture in a zippered plastic bag and toss to coat).
5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 70 minutes or until cooked through (or grill slowly over a low flame until done).
