Sunday Appetizers - March 31,2013

Just Grillin carries bold ingredients for Old Farmhouse Chutney Cheese Ball:
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen’s Old Farmhouse Chutney
1/4 cup green onion – diced
1 clove garlic – crushed
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1/2 cup Colby cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
1. Mix together the cream cheese, Old Farmhouse Chutney, scallion, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Fold in the Colby and Monterey jack cheeses.
3. Form the mixture into a ball and roll it into the chopped pecans.

Friday’s What’s for Lunch - March 29, 2013

Just Grillin carries bold ingredients for Cowboy Meatballs:
1 pound pre-made meatballs or 30 of your homemade special meatballs (cooked)
1 jar Stonewall Kitchen’s Honey Barbecue Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium jalapeno, seeded and chopped
One 14 ounce can diced tomatoes in green chilies (chefs recommend Hunts brand)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
Sea Salt and Mixed Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
:
1. Melt butter in a skillet.
2. Sauté onions, garlic and jalapeno until soft.
3. Add the Stonewall Kitchen Honey Barbecue Sauce and tomatoes and stir to blend.
4. Add the meatballs and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes or until meatballs are heated through.
5. Add cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve in an attractive bowl with skewers.

Friday’s What’s for Lunch - Mar 1, 2013

Roasted Garlic Onion Jam Pizza

Just Grillin carries bold ingredients for Roasted Garlic Onion Jam Pizza:
1 thin pizza crust (12" Boboli)
3 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam
1/2 cup blue cheese (or feta, goat or any cheese)

Directions:
1. Preheat grill or oven to 450 degrees
2. Spread the Roasted Garlic Onion Jam evenly over crust
3. Sprinkle cheese over entire top of the pizza
4. Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and jam begins to bubble
