Baked Habanero Hot Wings
Just
Grillin carries bold ingredients for Baked Habanero Hot
Wings:
1 bottle Sweetwater Spice Company Smoked Habanero
5 lbs
wings
Chicken Wing Rack
Directions:
1. Brine
5 lbs of chicken wings in a gallon size Ziploc for 20-30 minutes. Make sure to
keep the wings refrigerated while brining.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
3. Place brined chicken wings on chicken wing rack and then put them in oven. If
you don't have a chicken wing rack you can use a flat baking sheet, but will
want to turn the chicken wings over half way through cooking so they brown
evenly.
4. Bake at 350 degree F for 18 minutes then
turn the oven up to broil and brown the skin (keep an eye on these so as not to
burn them). The skin will render and
become crispy and caramelize, making these wings lip smacking and delicious.
